Rob was born and raised in York, Pennsylvania.  He graduated from William Penn Senior High School in 1993.  He attended Florida State University on an American Legion scholarship, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology in 1997.  He attended law school at the University of Houston Law Center and received his J.D. in 2002.

Rob’s practice focuses on assisting victims of food borne illness, defective products, and catastrophic accidents.
